Dinner [21st June 2017]

Dinner Today for dinner I will have roasted potatoes, cooked vegetables, and cooked quinoa with sauce.  I washed two potatoes (150g).  Than chopped them.  Choosed spices.  I put the potatoes on the baking tray.  I add spice.  Put it to the oven.  Set 250 celcius degrees for 45 minutes.  I prepear 90 grams of quinoa  I boil water in three pots.  I prepear italian veggies mix.  I prepear green bean. Quinoa seed is almost cooked. So are veggies... ...and beans. As a base for sauce I used 10 grams of yogurt. Than I added 30 grams of tomato cream. Garlic was also added. After adding water and mixing this stuff, sauce looked like this. I added sauce to quinoa. Potatoes were a "little" overcooked...   Final dish with drained beans and veggies looked like this:

Lunch [21st June 2017]

Lunch For lunch I will have "pasta" with veggies. To prepear my meal I've used whole grain noodles from my local food store. Next part of food were veggies; one slice of chinese lettuce, two cucumbers and one tomato. All the veggies were also bought in one of my local food stores. For sauce I've used ordinary mustard (from supermarket, but with low calories), and german Zwergenweise pesto that i bought via internet.  First step was to boil the noodles. It took me about 15 minutes.  Than I had to the macaroni from the water.  I washed all vegetables.  After peeling and cutting they looked like that. I mixed them up together, so it will taste better, when added to noodles.  Sauce was made from; Small spoon of Zwergenweise, small spoon of mustard and some water. Breakfast [21st June 2017]

Breakfast Coffe preperation First thing that I drink when I wake up is coffe. I have Colombian Coffe , and basically I just put it to coffe machine and add water. After 10 or 15 minutes it is ready. Coffe is ready Next one is banana smoothie . I used 25 grams of greek yogurt, some soy milk (about 50 ml), 45 grams of fresh banana and some cinnamone. I've put everything in my blender-jar.  Than I mixed it in food processor.  It's ready.                                                    My "main dish" for breakfast is muesli with soy milk . After boiling muesli in water for about 15 minutes, i put it to the bowl, and than i simply add a cup of soy milk.  I will also have salad from fresh fruits . I have mixed: 45 grams of banana, 50 grams of  apple, 100 grams of peach. Than I added sauce. Sauce for the salad I've used: 5 grams of peanut butter, 10 grams of greek yogurt, 25 grams of 0% fat cottage cheese, 3 grams

Hello! This is my food blog. Here I will post posts with photos about food. They will be about what I eat and about that how i prepear it. I am not vegan, but I prefer meals without meat, or with fish. I also drink milk, eat cheese and yogurt, so I cannot be classified as a vegan person ;)
