Summary Something went wrong with previous post, so I added summary. Here is my full dinner:
Dinner Today for dinner I will have roasted potatoes, cooked vegetables, and cooked quinoa with sauce. I washed two potatoes (150g). Than chopped them. Choosed spices. I put the potatoes on the baking tray. I add spice. Put it to the oven. Set 250 celcius degrees for 45 minutes. I prepear 90 grams of quinoa I boil water in three pots. I prepear italian veggies mix. I prepear green bean. Quinoa seed is almost cooked. So are veggies... ...and beans. As a base for sauce I used 10 grams of yogurt. Than I added 30 grams of tomato cream. Garlic was also added. After adding water and mixing this stuff, sauce looked like this. I added sauce to quinoa. Potatoes were a "little" overcooked... Final dish with drained beans and veggies looked like this:
